I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, and major life transitions. I specialize in couples therapy and work with heterosexual couples, same-gender couples, and mixed-orientation couples, including LGBTQ+ couples seeking a therapist who understands and affirms their relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and informed by the Gottman Method, relational therapy, and family systems theory. I help couples address recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, communication patterns, intimacy concerns, and other challenges that can leave partners feeling stuck or disconnected. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, private-pay telehealth throughout South Carolina. I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are provided for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance plan's out-of-network benefits.
